Set of 4 - Lithonia Lighting 2 Light 12 Wall-Mount LED Emergency Lamp Fixtures 120-277 V. They were only installed for about 2 months. All of them have some paint along the edges (not on the lights). The plastic tape protector has fallen off of some of them. One of them needs to have the slider thing (not sure exactly what to call it) popped back in.
